Privacy

Privacy policy for Console Race.

Console Race is designed as a read-only reference site. The page works without accounts, comments, or user-submitted forms. This policy explains what that means in practice and how third-party services are disclosed when they are used on the live domain.

By Console Race staff Updated May 1, 2026

1. Personal data the site asks for directly

Console Race does not currently ask visitors to create accounts, enter names, submit comments, send messages, or upload files. The site can be browsed without filling out a form or unlocking the content behind a registration wall.

2. Technical data that may still exist

Like most websites, the live hosting environment may still process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referrer, or basic server logs needed to deliver the page securely and keep the service running. That type of processing belongs to the hosting layer rather than a custom user profile created by Console Race.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not depend on a login cookie to function. If analytics, advertising, or consent tools are added on the live domain, those tools may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control, and ad personalisation choices where allowed by law and consent status.

4. Advertising disclosure

The current review build does not load advertising scripts in the page head. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is approved and served on the live domain, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Users can learn more about personalised advertising controls through Google Ads Settings.

5. EEA and UK visitors

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, consent requirements may apply before personalised advertising is shown. If ads are enabled for those regions, the live site should use a Google-certified consent management platform before ad serving that relies on consent-based storage or personalisation.

6. Data-sharing position

Because the site does not currently operate a member system or collect direct submissions, it does not maintain a commercial user database for sale. Any third-party data processing that exists on the live domain should be limited to the service providers needed for hosting, security, measurement, and ad delivery where those tools are actually enabled.

7. Policy updates

If the site introduces analytics, contact forms, newsletters, comments, or additional advertising tools, this page will be updated before or at the same time as the feature launch. The policy is intended to describe the real implementation in use on the domain.

Current site status The published experience is designed to be browsed without an account, comments, user profiles, or direct visitor submissions.
